As experienced injury attorneys, we can help ensure you recover the full damages you deserve while you focus on healing. Our job is also to provide answers to your questions, guide you through the process, and keep you apprised of the progress throughout.
We Recover Compensation, or You Do Not PayAs highly experienced Orlando & Central Florida auto accident attorneys, we realize that many accident victims believe they cannot afford to hire a lawyer. The fact is, most injury attorneys today do not collect any fees or payment unless they recover the damages for the client. We only collect payment if we do recover compensation for you; this is called a contingency fee. Essentially, you never have to worry about paying an attorney to represent you when you have no money. We only get paid when YOU get paid.
Skilled Orlando & Central Florida Auto Accident Lawyers Fighting on Behalf of VictimsThe fact is, one personal injury lawyer is not as skilled or effective as the next. Experience counts; you want to choose an attorney who will fight vigorously on your behalf, and who understands the factors that influence the outcome of your case. These four factors include:
In some accidents, one motorist is to blame; in others, the insurance company may conclude that the injured victim is partially at fault. The severity of injuries plays a role in the outcome as well, however a victim does not have to be "near death" or sustain permanently disabling injuries to recover compensation. You do have to be injured, and even those who seem to be slighting injured initially find weeks or months down the road that they did actually suffer a substantial injury. Symptoms often do not present immediately, which is why it is important to have an MRI or other tests performed that may reveal internal or other injuries.
Types of Auto Accidents We RepresentThere are countless situations in which someone may be injured while driving or riding in a car, truck, SUV, or other vehicle. Some of the most common types of auto accidents include:
You may be the victim of a drunk or distracted motorist, a tractor-trailer rig that was driving too fast or recklessly, or someone who violated traffic laws and ran a stoplight or stop sign. Regardless of how it happened, if you are a victim of negligence we will fight to collect the full compensation you deserve, whether through negotiation with the insurance company or litigation.

WE ARE FLORIDA INJURY ATTORNEYS REPRESENTING PEOPLE IN ORANGE, LAKE, SEMINOLE, OSCEOLA, SUMTER, MARION, POLK, BREVARD AND VOLUSIA COUNTIES.
I would like thank my attorney Thomas Luka. I knew from the beginning I had the right guy in my corner. While celebrating with family and friends at a Public Park in Seminole County, a fight broke out among various people. Myself, and a good friend, broke up the fight and the instigators left. Six months later, I was wrongly accused as the person who started the fight. The first attorney I hired could not even get a response from the State Attorney handling the case. Someone referred me to Tom and I felt comfortable at his demeanor and reactions.
After conversations with Tom, who knew I would settle for nothing less than a FULL DISMISSAL due to my innocence, I hired him. His firm Adams, Luka, & Benton did the due diligence by interviewing witnesses and the police who were on the scene, as well as starting a dialogue with the State Attorney. After gathering statements from witnesses, Tom was able to present a strong argument on my behalf to the State Attorney on why the case should be dismissed. If the State Attorney was not willing to dismiss the case, Tom was ready to take the case to trial.
The result by Thomas Luka: Case Dismissed.
I am 53 years old with a spotless record and glad to keep it that way thanks to the time, effort, hard work, and professionalism of Adams, Luka, & Benton.
